Introducing this exceptional 2023 Gibson Murphy Lab Heavy Aged ’58 Reissue Les Paul, finished in a breathtaking Transparent Yellow. This instrument perfectly captures the look, feel, and tone of a true golden-era Burst, elevated by the renowned craftsmanship of the Murphy Lab’s aging process.

The guitar is in very good condition, displaying only light to moderate signs of handling consistent with careful use. The Murphy Lab heavy aging is simply stunning — delivering the authentic character, vibe, and visual appeal of a well-loved vintage original without the vintage price tag.

Sonically, the factory-installed pickups produce everything you’d expect from a great ’58 reissue: rich, warm vintage tones, articulate clarity, and plenty of bite when pushed. From smooth blues to classic rock and beyond, this Les Paul responds beautifully with remarkable depth and dynamics.

Playability is outstanding, featuring low, comfortable action and no fret wear, making this an inspiring instrument both on stage and in the studio.

If you’ve been searching for a Murphy Lab Les Paul with incredible aging, killer tone, and excellent playability, this one will not disappoint.

Condition, Shipping, & Setup Details:

I specialize in selling pre-owned guitars, which typically show signs of regular use. My commitment to quality is unwavering, and I ensure that any guitar I offer for sale is free from problems, unless explicitly mentioned. With a history of selling guitars dating back to the 1980s, I pride myself on selecting only the finest instruments.

It's important to understand that our shipping fees encompass more than just the cost of the box. I guarantee professional packaging using UPS-approved materials to safeguard your purchase. This typically includes new, heavy-duty boxes rated at 275lbs, 3-inch wide brown fiberglass reinforced tape, ensuring the guitar is well-protected. Additionally, every guitar shipped is fully insured for its sale price.

The guitars are set up according to my personal preferences (Medium Height), and I strictly avoid guitars with neck issues. However, guitar setup is highly subjective, and it is advisable to have it adjusted by a trusted local technician who understands your specific playstyle and preferences.
