Short Description:

A Gorgeous Touchstone from Bourgeois with Traditional Construction and Aged Tone Spruce!

What We Think:

This Bourgeois Touchstone SD Standard is a beautifully balanced, slope-shoulder dreadnought that blends vintage warmth with modern refinement. Its Aged Tone Sitka spruce top delivers quick response and a sweet, already-open character, while mahogany back and sides add focused clarity and a rich, woody midrange that feels perfect for both strumming and fingerstyle. The ebony fingerboard and ziricote bridge give a smooth, confident feel, accented by elegant ivoroid binding and classic herringbone purfling. Finished in a rich high-gloss and built with Bourgeois precision, this SD Standard is a serious long-term investment—crafted to mature gracefully and inspire for decades.
