Where were you in 1969???

Up for grabs is this rare FOUR OHM 12" AlNiCo Oxford/Fender guitar speaker./..This is a real SURVIVOR, as she has her original front mounting gaskets, Litz wires, spider assembly, voice coil, and cone assembly.. The ONLY thing altered (improved) was that Jensen style "Egg Crate" pulp dust cap... The original was a felt disc, so this got a little upgrade, but ALL original...

Full numbers are 12FOS and 465-915... 15TH week of '69!

Anyhow, I about dropped my jaw off my skull when I saw this thing come in the shop.. This thing was REALLY REEEEALLY taken care of, kept out of wet/dry environments, as well as smoking and SUNLIGHT... Those nasty UV rays never soaked into this one, which is why the cone is still in perfect condition..

These units have the output[ut transformer platform welded onto the side of that BRASS SLEEVE/AlNiCo magnetic structure and is a FOUR OHM unit,.,.

I'd keep power around 25 watts max, and she has an SPL@ 95dB... And- a nice WIDE response of 675Hz- 7KHz!

Oh- we did wipe the surround with a fresh coat of ReZon-0ex to prolong surround life,...

Man- that #3113 straight profile molded pulp cone sounds AMAZING!

Fully tested under diagnostics and operates without any rubbing, smoking, buzzing, holes, rips, or tears, she's pretty much in perfect condition.

And- I'm confident enough that you'll LOVE what you just bought, that I am including my 15 day " NO GAM<BLE" return option from delivery date ((less customer damage))) if for ANY REASON you simply don't like what you just bought!
