This is, without a doubt, a singular guitar. It is part of my personal, curated collection, built on a philosophy of acquiring limited-edition models that are genuinely special, not just limited in number.

It is a spectacular artistic design from Fender; there is no similar finish in the history of Fender's manufactured guitars. It is an elegant, premium design that highlights the pure beauty of the flame maple and streaked ebony, with a flattering artistic finish that is extremely rare to find on a Fender Stratocaster.

This guitar was not simply purchased; it was selected. It is the result of a rigorous pre-selection process where I personally vetted several examples of this exact "Tiger" model. My selection focused on three key elements that varied enormously between guitars:

• The Flame Top: Many units in this limited run came with questionable A-grade tops. I specifically selected this unit for its superior grade, which I consider a 4A, with a deep, three-dimensional, and consistent figuring.
• The Finish Tint: The "Tiger" finish could vary drastically. Many came with overly yellowish tints (which I personally dislike) or tints that were too dark, resulting in a dull brown color. I actively sought out a specific copper-orange tone with subtle yellow highlights, true to how the model was officially marketed. This guitar has that vibrant, correct color.
• The 'Streaked Ebony' Fretboard: I was looking for a piece of streaked ebony that was perfectly balanced: dark enough to be identified as high-quality ebony, but with just the right amount of figuring (the "streaks") to showcase its unique character. This piece has a subtle "tiger" stripe figuring that flows perfectly with the rest of the guitar, without being distracting.

Furthermore, it has been professionally examined and set up by a luthier—a crucial step, as many new high-end Fenders unfortunately arrive poorly adjusted from the factory.

Condition: To be clear, this guitar is in absolutely perfect, immaculate condition. Aside from the professional luthier setup, it remains completely unplayed. It has never left my (smoke-free) home or been gigged. It is in flawless, collector-grade condition with zero defects, dings, or scratches.

My Philosophy: My collection is not guided by conventional measures such as vintage year or celebrity ownership, as I hold a different perspective. I appreciate each guitar as a work of art—its beauty, craftsmanship, its exclusivity (being limited, scarce, or hard to obtain), the character revealed in the wood, and the individuality of its form.
