Rare and Super Cool!!!
Dealer Select from Toneshop Guitars. Gibson Custom Shop Murphy Lab ultra Light Aged '64 SG Reissue in Gold with a Black Stinger! Weighs: 7lbs 15oz
This is a super cool guitar with all the mojo. I’m really on the fence with letting this one go but I’m trying to downsize the collection to free up funds.
This SG was purchased in April 2025 directly from Toneshop Guitars. I have only played it at home and it lives in it case when not in use. It’s essentially brand new except I added black schaller strap locks, hence the “excellent“ condition. It really is mint. The unpotted Custom Buckers really sing in this guitar and the neck pup clarity is almost on par with my es-335.
The neck is also smooth and chunky, feels similar to my R9. Real dream to play. Plus the black stinger on the back of the headstock is the icing on the cake of this sweet guitar.
New was over 6k (5 months ago). My loss is your gain. Not desperate to sell so please no low ball offers
