This is a Japanese-made signature model by singing jazz guitarist George Benson.

The legendary "GB-10" guitar has been a favorite of his since the late 1970s. The guitar features a small 14 3/4" body, slightly larger than a Les Paul, and a medium scale. It was developed with feedback suppression and ease of handling in mind. The two original pickups are floating pickups inspired by Gibson's Johnny Smith model, designed to maximize the body's resonance.

The tailpieces are divided into two sections, one for the 1st through 3rd strings and the other for the 4th through 6th strings, allowing for string tension adjustment without changing the bridge height.

The mini humbucker produces a slightly clearer and brighter sound than a standard humbucker. While maintaining the sweet tone typical of a full-acoustic guitar, the sound remains clear and supports George Benson's unparalleled precision and high-speed full-picking.
