The Taylor GT (Grand Theater) Urban Ash redefines what a compact acoustic guitar can deliver. Designed for comfort without compromising tone, this modern small-bodied acoustic features solid Urban Ash back and sides paired with a solid Sitka spruce top, producing a sound that’s surprisingly full, warm, and clear—perfect for both light strumming and nuanced fingerpicking.

Crafted with Taylor’s signature C-Class bracing, the GT delivers enhanced bass response and sustain for a guitar its size. The shorter 24-1/8” scale length and sleek, slightly condensed body make it incredibly comfortable to play, whether you’re on stage, at home, or writing on the go.

With sustainable tonewoods and elegant appointments like chamfered body edges, eucalyptus fretboard, and Urban Sienna stain finish, the GT Urban Ash is as eco-conscious as it is inspiring. Add Taylor’s renowned build quality and intonation, and you’ve got an instrument that punches well above its weight class.

A compact guitar with the soul of a full-sized dreadnought—the Taylor GT Urban Ash is ready to elevate your playing experience.
