This is an American-made ROSS COMPRESSOR under the name "Keas Electronics". This model is a later model with the output control labelled "LEVEL", and the "COMPRESSOR" lettering is slightly smaller than in the earlier model. It creates a solid core of sound without unnaturally processing the original sound. It has a biting attack, a sticky feeling that clings to your fingers, and a glossy sound that creates a comfortable sound. It responds obediently to the strength of your picking. It is one of the most famous vintage compressors out there! It is the strongest compressor model.
