A legend in and of itself, Martin's 000-17 Standard series acoustic guitar lives and breathes the character and style of the model's game-changing ancestor. Bound by tradition, Martin's Standard series acoustic guitars represent the pinnacle of golden-age acoustic guitar design, albeit equipped with an assemblage of modernized features for improved play and comfort. Potent sonics begin within the 000-17's all-mahogany tonewood formula and elite X-bracing pattern, fostering a developed yet authentic tone with plenty of room to accommodate any genre or play style. Its contemporary upgrades come in the form of complementary nickel hardware, a true bone nut and compensated bone saddle, and "Golden Era" appointments. Whether you're a fan of Martin's coveted mid-century guitar-building practices or need a new asset in your acoustic arsenal, the 000-17 is a ripe contender.
