Nik Huber Krautster II
Finished in 2020 in the exceptionally rare and striking 'Worn Copper,' the Krautster II is a masterfully built instrument that balances refined aesthetics with outstanding playability. Its body is crafted from solid mahogany, known for its warm, resonant tone and excellent sustain—making it a perfect match for both clean passages and overdriven power. The guitar has a rich, organic voice that lends itself beautifully to rock and blues.
The neck is made from flamed maple, with a satin finish that feels fast and smooth in the hand. Not only is it visually stunning with its figured grain, but it also adds clarity and snap to the guitar’s overall tone. Smooth position changes and a well-contoured neck heel ensure maximum comfort, especially when soloing in higher registers.
Equipped with a pair of proven Harry Häussel pickups—a "1956" P90 at the neck and a splittable 'Krautster' humbucker at the bridge—the guitar delivers an impressively wide tonal palette, from vintage warmth to biting lead tones.
This guitar is known for its exceptional craftsmanship and tone, capable of covering a wide range of styles with ease, especially excelling in rock and blues genres. It is barely used and still remains in excellent condition, with only light pick marks visible on the guard. It comes complete with a deluxe cream-colored hard case and certificate of authenticity.
You are buying as good as new piece.
