Silvertone H1429 1960s Potentiometers & Wiring Harness

Listing is for 6 Vintage Volume and Tone potentiometers from a 1960 Silvertone H1429 with DeArmond Gold Foil pickups in it, and a Wiring harness with grounded and shielded plates and wire loom.
3 out of the 6 are non-functioning, I feel it could be a possible grounding issue as they switch from On to Off, no gradient whatsoever, all 3 have the same fault.
But the other 3 read between 1.2M ohm and 1.8M ohm.
The shafts are very small, D shaft measuring 3mm in diameter.
3 pots have R-24 on the side, 3 have R-25. and the other code they all have reads: 1376025
