New from our friends at Martin Guitars. Say hello to your brand-new old friend. The Martin 000E Retro Plus Mahogany is the real deal—a true Martin through and through. It’s not your grandparent’s guitar, but it’s built to be passed down to your grandkids. Inspired by Martin’s iconic 18-style models, this acoustic-electric 000 blends classic design and tonal balance with modern innovation.

Its torrefied solid spruce top has been thermally aged to deliver the warm, broken-in resonance of a vintage instrument right out of the box—a premium feature once reserved for our Authentic and Modern Deluxe lines, now making its debut in the Road Series. Paired with solid mahogany back and sides, scalloped spruce X-bracing, a Performing Artist neck, and an ebony fingerboard and bridge, it’s a full package of craftsmanship and performance.

Equipped with Martin E1 electronics, including a built-in tuner and onboard controls, it’s ready for the stage straight from the case. Whether you’re gigging regularly or taking your first step into the world of high-end acoustics, this guitar offers pro-level quality at a price that’s hard to beat. But be warned: once you pick it up, you might never want to put it down. After all, there’s nothing quite like a Martin.
