The Zildjian A 17" Medium Thin Crash Cymbal delivers the legendary warmth and responsiveness that has made Zildjian a trusted name in percussion for generations. Crafted from the classic Avedis bronze alloy, this medium-thin weight crash strikes an ideal balance between projection and musicality. The cymbal produces a slightly dark, complex tone with an immediate, explosive attack that cuts through any mix, while the sustain settles into a medium range with controlled wash—perfect for both studio recording and live performance.
Whether you're a working drummer seeking reliable, versatile crash tones or an experienced player looking to expand your cymbal palette, this 17" crash offers the playability and sonic character that professional and serious amateur drummers demand. The medium-thin profile makes it responsive to lighter touch work while maintaining enough mass for powerful, articulate crashes.
