ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
1. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees:
Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges upon arrival in your country.
These charges are NOT included in the item price or the shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot calculate or predict the exact amount. These are imposed and collected by your local customs office or designated carrier.
2. Buyer Responsibility:
The buyer is solely responsible for paying any and all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required to clear the package through customs.
We strongly advise you to check with your country's customs office before placing an order to determine what these additional costs may be.
3. Refusal of Package / Non-Payment of Fees:
If a package is returned to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the required customs fees, the buyer will be responsible for all original and return shipping charges. The item price will be refunded minus these costs.
4. Package Destruction by Customs (Crucial Point):
If the package is abandoned or destroyed by Customs or the carrier due to the buyer's refusal to pay the required fees, the buyer forfeits the entire purchase price, and NO REFUND will be issued.
