The ESS AMT 1 Tower is a classic high performance speaker with deep bass performance obtained through the use of a full 6 foot quarter wave length transmission line. With this high pressure bass seamlessly matched to the open detailed midrange and clear pure highs that only the ESS Hell air-motion transformer can achieve, it is a high performance system capable of accurately reproducing all the information on today's finest recordings. Classical and jazz music sound particularly good. Includes Brilliance Control with Soft, Normal and Bright settings.
These speakers sound amazing! Wood and fabric have age-related wear. Some repairs have been made to the particleboard wrapping the cabinets behind the grill cloths and the top of a cabinet. Ideal for a cosmetic restoration project.
