Fender Custom Shop Nocaster 2008 – A Modern Take on a Timeless Classic

The 2008 Fender Custom Shop Nocaster reissue brings the spirit of one of the most iconic guitars from Fender’s history into the modern era. This Nocaster is built to exacting Custom Shop standards, but what makes this particular piece stand out is the rare rosewood fretboard, paired with a lightweight, ash body. It offers players not only great aesthetics but also a rich, resonant tone with fantastic playability.

Weighing in at 3.1 kg, this Nocaster is exceptionally light, making it comfortable for long playing sessions. Its ’51 U-shaped maple neck gives it a true vintage feel, while the combination of a 4-way switch adds to its versatility:

• Position 1: Bridge pickup for classic Telecaster twang
• Position 2: Both pickups in series, delivering a thick, humbucker-like tone
• Position 3: Both pickups in parallel for the traditional Tele sound
• Position 4: Neck pickup for smooth, rounded tones

The original Fender Hardshell Case is included along with the Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
