VX The Kraken MKII takes all the features and tones of the original Kraken and adds several new features. It’s a versatile 50-watt compact head that you can use at home, in the studio, or on the biggest stages.

Our two-channel gray monster starts with classic British-inspired rhythm tones in Gain I mode. Gain II kicks it out for a tight, aggressive, high-gain American grind that’s perfect for the progressive and extended-range player. Aimed at the gain junkie, the VX The Kraken pushes the boundaries of what you can expect from a “small” amp. It’ll even fit as a carry-on when you’re flying.
