PRS Sonzera 20 — 20-watt all-tube 1x12 combo, first-owner since new, includes the original two-button footswitch, power cable, and manual.

This is a genuinely versatile amp. Two independently footswitchable channels: the clean channel is voiced after mid-'60s American amps with bass and treble controls, and the gain channel runs a full 3-band EQ plus separate level and drive knobs and a bright switch. Global presence and a tube-driven 3-spring reverb are shared across both. There's a series effects loop on the back, adjustable bias with monitoring test points, and multiple speaker outs (16 ohm, two 4 ohm, two 8 ohm parallel) if you want to run an extension cab.

The 12" Celestion V-Type is stock and sounds great — plenty of clean headroom for a 20-watt amp.

This is the first-generation Sonzera with the gold piping and gold motif, not the 2023 re-release (silver piping, salt-and-pepper grille). Same circuit at its core, and a lot of players prefer the original run's looks.

Condition — honest rundown:

- Two small white scuffs on the exterior. No tears, no structural damage.

- Speaker is stock and untouched. Tubes are original and have never been replaced — factor a retube into your plans if you're gigging it hard.

- On the first standby-off of the day it pops/crackles for about 5–10 seconds, then goes completely silent and stays that way through playing. It hasn't changed at all in the years I've owned it.

- With nothing plugged into the input, it will occasionally pop on power-off. With a cable plugged in, it doesn't — that's normal floating-input behavior, and plugging a cable in grounds it. Tested repeatedly.

- Preamp tubes tap-tested clean, no microphonics. Noise floor is normal for the amp — playing over it buries it completely.

- Everything works: both channels, footswitch, reverb, effects loop, all controls.

No box or amp cover.
