More than just a copy of a forty year old design, this neck pickup features controlled tension coil winding, special wire and hand calibrated magnets. Because they are so responsive, you'll find light playing gives you a soft, quiet guitar tone and hard picking creates a harder, louder and more dynamic sound than any comparable single coil. DiMarzio deigned this pickup to handle a very wide dynamic range, so your guitar tone cleans up with soft picking and really opens out with a harder attack.

Featuring traditional two conductor wiring with a third wire for ground, it can use used for a variety of wiring options. Alnico five magnet and traditional looks make this an easy drop in replacement or upgrade pickup for your telecaster style guitar.
