Received from Sweetwater brand new late 2022. Lightweight, around 7.6lbs if i recall correctly. No issues, all electronics work just fine. All the standard G&L paperwork is included.

Realistically this has less than 3 hours of playtime on it. Because of supply delays at the time, i received this after i had already purchased a telecaster elsewhere. So other than some very rare and brief play time, this has been living permanently in a hard shell case with humidity control packs. Still has the original strings from the G&L Factory.

If youre looking at this ad, you probably already know what G&L is and what their reputation is. For about 4 or 5 years my daily drivers were the top of line modern, non CS Fender Strat and equivalent Tele. I could easily have swapped to G&L and been just as happy, while paying substantially less. A classic tele is a simple formula, but G&L has definitely executed it perfectly with the ASAT Classic. I'm a big, big fan of the AlNiCo pickups as well, which are perfect for country/rock/jazz/funk. Obviously they are not high output pickups, but for what they're designed for they sound absolutely stellar.
