Fostex E2 1/4" 2 track Reel to Reel analog recorder

Late 80's/early 90's 2 track recorder with 3rd center cue track (for time code or audio markers)
Records 7 1/2 or 15 IPS.
Holds 7 or 10.5 inch reels
For the most part, it operates well. Transport functions work and all guides function well.
Issues:
Audio playback is good, but the right channel does not currently record (it does pass audio correctly in input)....hopefully a simple fix.
The erase circuit needs tweaking as well, there is a quiet remainder of old audio when recording over a used section of tape.
The cue track VU meter lamp is out.
The supply side (left) turntable needs to be replaced, the top half of the spindle has broken off and is missing the threaded cap. The transport still works fine like this, but there is a possibility the reel could come loose during playback or winding since there's no cap.(See Photo)
