BBE’s take on the boutique ROSS/MXR/KEELEY style compressor. Very nice
sounding pedal. Used once. Mint, open box condition

The BBE VariComp VC-3080 takes vintage-style compression to the next level. This simple 3-knob compressor comes loaded with a NOS (new old stock) CA3080 OTA (operational transconductance amplifier) for a classic sound heard on countless classic records. Digging deeper, the VC-3080 comes with an Attack control to give you flexible tone-shaping capabilities. Turn up the attack control, and it’ll provide you with a tighter sound; with the attack set low, you’ll achieve a spongy sound that’ll take your tone right into the most dire of straits. Guitarists at Sweetwater also appreciate the hard-wired true bypass switching that keeps the compressor from coloring your tone when it’s switched off. Can't find the right classic-sounding compressor pedal? The BBE VariComp VC-3080 will serve you well.
BBE VariComp VC-3080 Compressor Pedal Features:
Compressor pedal for electric guitar and bass
New old stock CA3080 OTA delivers a classic sound
Balances out volume differences between strings
Attack knob lets you dial up the perfect amount of tightness
Metal film resistors ensure ultra-clean operation
Rugged chassis handles wear and tear
