DESCRIPTION

The CopperSound Pedals Foxcatcher Fusion Series is a versatile analogue overdrive built on the original award winning Foxcatcher, now reimagined with dual selectable clipping modes. Designed for guitarists and bass players seeking flexible low to medium gain tones, it delivers everything from edge of breakup warmth to harmonically rich drive and boosted lead sounds.

In the silicon position, four MOSFET transistors are configured as clipping diodes, producing a more aggressive and immediate response with added bite and articulation. Switching to the germanium setting engages four specially sourced Ukrainian made germanium diodes, offering a smoother, more compressed and rounded character. The expanded tone sweep and increased output level provide precise tonal shaping and easy amplifier pushing or pedal stacking.

Responsive to picking dynamics and instrument volume adjustments, the pedal cleans up well and maintains clarity as gain increases. It can be powered at 9V or 18V centre negative, with 18V operation providing additional headroom and improved note definition.

Volume, Drive and Tone controls offer intuitive, wide ranging adjustment, complemented by a clipping toggle for quick changes in feel and texture. Housed in a sturdy all metal enclosure with top mounted jacks, bright LED indicator and true bypass switching, the Foxcatcher Fusion is built for dependable stage and studio use and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
