This is in mint condition. I bought this brand new and it has been in my personal collection for the last 10+ years. AAAA Adirondack spruce top, gorgeous fingered Koa back and sides, mother-of-pearl inlays, and an ebony fingerboard. Comes with PRS proprietary 18v acoustic pickup system. This is one guitar that is not just beautiful to look at but sounds fantastic with responsive and clear highs, crisply defined lows and a sweet midrange. Comes with original Ameritage hard case.
I am a private collector who has to downsize my collection due to moving. All my guitars are lightly used and never gigged.
