Just a bit about this guitar. The back and sides are macassar ebony (it's a heavy guitar) it was built by Aaron Hix who does 10-12 guitars per year. The guitar originally had a spruce top but the dealer who commissioned it didn't like the spruce top and Aaron couldn't replace it due to his schedule, so Stephen kinnaird put an Alaskan yellow cedar top. The inlays were done by Larry Robinson. Great for fingerpicking and strumming. Not to boomy but great balanced bell like tone and sustain.
