Ludwig Super Classic Octaplus Greg D'Angelo White Lion - one of a kind 1990 Purple Shadow

This is a one of a kind Drum set built for Greg D'Angelo from White Lion

This kit was built for Greg to record the White Lion Album "Mane Attraction"

This kit was unique for a number of reasons and was Greg's personal studio kit

The "Shadow" finishes produced in the 90s had the outer ply pressure dyed so the color saturated the entire ply prior to the drums manufacture.

Unlike all of the Shadow finishes manufactured by Ludwig during this period, this is the only kit that has saturated plys on both the inside as well as the outside - this was a request from Greg and Ludwig graciously performed this process for him exclusively.

Furthermore, none of the drums are drilled for mounting hardware including the bass drums and all the toms (rack and floor)

All the toms (rack and floor) are fitted with Rims system mounts and Ludwig modular hardware.

All the drums are in the power tom configuration and have Ludwig parade lugs.

The edges of the drums were initially dressed by Drum Doctor of Los Angeles and are round and true.

The kit also comes with 4 (pictured) Ludwig double tom stands and 4 Ludwig modular cymbal arms.

The kit has been completely gone through - cleaned and prepared for the new owner.

There is no damage - this kit has been babied.

6" 8" 10" 12" 13" 14" 15" 16" - double headed power toms

16" & 18" floor toms

We will assist with transferring drums to shipper of your choice (Drum Doctors, Rocket Cargo, etc)

Payment is via wire transfer 

Drums are FOB Los Angeles and sold "as is" 

Purchaser will also receive a signed period poster of Greg as well as a pair of his drumsticks

A certificate of authenticity signed by Greg D'Angelo is also included
