Step up your tone game with the Mojo Hand FX Extra Special High Gain DMBL Overdrive. This pedal takes everything you love about the original DMBL and cranks it to eleven, delivering a powerful punch that’s perfect for achieving those classic medium to high gain sounds reminiscent of legendary amps. It’s not just about grit; this pedal offers a versatile range of tones that can go from clean to mean with ease.

Features

With its intuitive controls, the Extra Special allows you to sculpt your sound precisely to your liking. The standard Volume, Gain, and Tone knobs work in perfect harmony, while the Accent knob serves as a Presence or Contour control, letting you dial in that extra bite or smoothness as needed. And for when you're feeling adventurous, the 2-way toggle switch lets you choose between Jazz and Rock voicings, giving you the flexibility to explore various tonal landscapes. Built in a rugged die-cast aluminum enclosure, it features true bypass switching, a durable powder-coated finish, and UV printed artwork that not only looks great but stands the test of time.

Tone

This pedal delivers fat, articulate tones that can easily cut through a mix. Whether you're after the smooth, warm overdrive for jazz or the snarling, aggressive edge for rock, the Extra Special has you covered. It provides a satisfying range that responds beautifully to your playing dynamics, making it hard to stop playing once you start. You'll find yourself lost in the rich harmonics and the expressive character that this pedal brings to your rig.
