Sorkin Music Company Premier c melody saxophone in good working condition
Edit: I was informed that this is not a tenor, but a c melody.
Additional edit: I am now informed the following:
" B flat tenor saxophone that was manufactured by the Martin Band instrument company in Elkhart Indiana for Sorkin Music in New York city. This was a stencil saxophone based off the martin Handcraft saxophone. If you look at the toneholes it was made with beveled tone holes. Martin was the only manufacturer to make these tone holes on saxophones. This horn dates back around the 1920s to early 1930s"
I don't know, so I offer no guarantee as to which it is.
All keys move easily. The pads seem to be in good condition.
Professionally cleaned.
I can't get two of the clasps on the case to close.
Serial # 22469
I've had a problem determining what make this is, but I'm pretty sure now, but not 100%.
