Club Deluxe

The Club Deluxe is a new model from Victoria Amplifier and this one just arrived here at Austin Guitar House! This is a 20 watt powerhouse that takes the best of both the Tweed Deluxe and the Deluxe Reverb amps and combines them into one attractive and portable tone monster! With the inclusion of a real spring reverb and a half power switch, the Club Deluxe by Victoria is a new shop favorite!

The Club Deluxe is a compact 1x12 designed to deliver maximum tone in a small package. It is essentially the business end of a classic AB763 Deluxe Reverb minus the normal channel and tremolo. By eliminating the tremolo, the Club Deluxe is stripped down to the tonal essentials with zero signal loss normally associated with the inclusion of mid-60s tremolo circuitry.

The Club Deluxe features fixed bias 6V6's (adjustable) and an all-tube transformer with coupled reverb and a full sized Accutronics tank. Housed in a tweed-style cabinet covered in black tolex, the Club Deluxe combines the superior dynamics of the tweed cabinet with the purity of the AB763 reverb design. All the stiffness and directionality of a typical mid-60s cabinet are gone, replaced by the lively and percussive resonance that the tweed era cabinets are known for.

A custom proprietary Eminence Victoria 12" speaker is standard.

Victoria Amplifiers

"Victoria Amplifier is recognized for having succeeded in recapturing the classic sound, design, and American craftsmanship embodied in the tweed line, while offering players a wide range of subtle and sometimes whimsical variations on a theme. Victoria circuits have always been completely faithful to the originals, using the correct capacitors, resistors, transformers, pots, and eyelet boards. Each pine cabinet is crafted in the precise manner of those built in the ’50s, and covered in lacquered cotton tweed that is still woven today by the original manufacturer.

The Tone You Crave, The Performance You Trust.

The results speak for themselves, and Victoria amplifiers continue to be acknowledged by players and critics alike as clearly superior in construction, durability, and tone among small-production, custom amplifiers built today at any price."

Mark Baier, President Victoria Amplifiers
