For sale today we have a great sounding Aria "Birdie" MX 100R combo practice amp, made in Japan by Aria Matsumoku. Aria made some really great guitars and this amp is seriously no joke. Awesome vintage Mesa Mark cosmetics and white tolex; aluminum-dome 8 inch speaker, and brown grill give this thing serious aesthetic vibe. Features a great sounding push-pull "boost", Treble, Bass, Master Volume (crank up the distortion!), and a very echo-y, short, extreme spring Reverb unit (housed in the chassis).
Cosmetically this amp shows some wear on tolex, faceplate, and grill. Its a great amp and sounds amazing mic'd up for home recording situations. As far as solid state amps go, you really don't get much better than this at any size (I would say it sounds better than a Sunn Concert Lead). The pots have all been deoxized and it's ready to play!
