The USA Cirrus basses have quite a following- there are several groups online dedicated to just the Cirrus. A few minutes on this beauty and you'll find out exactly why. The longer scale combined with the walnut body and neck through design creates a stunning tone. This bass feels alive. Everything is mounted to the neck creating fantastic tone transfer. The satin finish allows the woods to resonate naturally and the high mass bridge sends more of the string's energy right into it. Warm, articulate, and incredibly responsive. Dual active VFL Peavey humbuckers grab that natural tone and run it through the 3 band eq. No matter your style, your tone is in here. From thumping low end to brilliant slap/pop to mid boosted leads- it's all a knob away. The neck here is just .80" deep at the 5th fret with a C profile- very thin. Add to that the satin neck finish and you have a true player. The heel-less feel allows for uninhibited access to all 24 frets of the Pau Ferro fingerboard. One of the most comfortable 4 string basses on the scene. The look here is classic- natural satin finish showing off the woods, gloss headstock with gold logos, and gold hardware. This Cirrus is in excellent condition- a few very small marks from normal use. Nothing that affects the performance whatsoever. The frets here are clean.
