Istanbul Agop 21" Special Edition Jazz Ride Cymbal – Handmade in Turkey

A beautifully crafted 21-inch ride from Istanbul Agop's Special Edition series, combining the warmth and complexity of traditional Turkish cymbal making with clear, articulate stick definition.

The Special Edition Jazz Ride delivers a dark, woody character with rich, textured overtones and a focused response. Its distinctive combination of lathing and finishing balances the soft, musical wash associated with jazz cymbals with a more defined stick sound. The bell provides clear articulation without overpowering the overall tone.

Ideal for jazz, fusion, acoustic music and expressive playing where subtle dynamics and tonal nuance matter. It also works well in other styles for drummers looking for a more organic, complex ride sound than a bright, modern cymbal.

Handmade in Turkey from B20 bronze, each cymbal has its own individual tonal character and visual finish.

Condition: [Excellent] Lovely dark ping and wash - no harsh overtones. Nice hammering job on this one. Special pickup at the factory in Turkey and sold via music shop in Tokyo
