Up for sale is a very rare Conn 9M tenor saxophone.
This was Conn’s last attempt at a US made pro horn. It borrows heavily from Keilwerth design cues (as UMI-era Conns did) but has traditional ergonomics. Massive sound and keyed to high F#.
The horn is in excellent cosmetic shape with very limited wear. It has been serviced and is in excellent playing shape as well. No pull-down, no bad pads, no dents…just a beautiful US made, modern pro horn.
This beautiful instrument also has rolled tone holes.
Ships in its original flight case and with à UMI branded pouch in the bell.
