The ND96 is a large-diaphragm dynamic vocal mic built for loud stages. Its supercardioid pattern and structural design deliver high gain before feedback, letting vocals cut through dense mixes. A selectable vocal presence switch trims low-mids and lifts upper-mid clarity, while the four-point shockmount and humbucking coil reduce handling noise and line hum.
The capsule uses a neodymium magnet and Mylar diaphragm for fast transients and a close-miking response from 30 Hz to 15 kHz. The zinc die-cast body and Memraflex grille keep it road-ready without added weight.
