A heavily modified Les Paul Deluxe, weighing in at 10.0 lbs. This guitar has tons of scars, but plays and resonates very well.

Modifications: This started its life as a wine red deluxe. The top was refinished to a goldtop. It looks and feels like an old but professional job. The rest of the guitar still has it's original wine red finish. In the 80's, the guitar was routed for a humbucker in the bridge and a Kahler tremolo and re-fretted with medium jumbo frets. Frets are still clean and in great condition. When I purchased the guitar a few years ago, I removed the Kahler and installed a bigsby. I later removed the bigsby and reinstalled the original bridge and tailpiece. There are abr conversion posts installed in place of the original posts. Tuners were replaced with Grovers a long time ago. Has strap lock buttons installed.

Electronics and hardware: Bridge pickup is a Throbak SLE-101 (7.86k). Neck pickup is original to the guitar (5.68k). All of the electronics where replaced at some point. All operational, no issues. Tip is original and control covers look original. Knobs, truss-rod cover and pickguard are aftermarket aged replacements. Nut is original, but was shimmed likely during the re-fret.

Condition: Guitar has tons of dings and dents and random screw holes from the modifications listed above. Neck is straight, truss rod has plenty of turns left. Nut width is 42.9mm, 1st fret neck depth 20.6mm, 12th fret neck depth 24.6mm. Comes with a non original hardshell case that is in decent condition.
