This is a Santa Cruz Custom H13, serial H/13-1715, built in 2018. It was a winter NAMM show guitar, and Richard Hoover picked it to represent the H13 line, which is his favorite model. He also chose the tonewoods himself. The top is heavily bear-clawed Sitka spruce, and the back and sides are a rare, striking White Ebony. The two woods look great together.

It's a very comfortable guitar with real tone and volume, and the fit and finish are excellent. Santa Cruz's build notes list White Ebony back and sides, a Bear Claw Sitka spruce top, Adirondack bracing with hot hide glue, black body and fingerboard binding, a thin black back strip, an unbound peghead, a natural top finish, and ebony bridge pins with ivoroid dots. Everything else is standard H13 spec.

This isn't a standard H13 in any way. I'm in Asheville, NC, and local pickup is welcome. I can also ship it insured, with the buyer covering shipping.
