This is the 2017 FIRST‑RUN Epiphone Slash Les Paul “Anaconda Burst”, serial 17121508490 — the more collectible version that predates the 2020 Slash Collection. These early units feature real Seymour Duncan Slash Alnico II Pro pickups, the Snakepit logo, and the deeper green Anaconda Burst top.
This listing also includes a Slash Signature Hard Case, which was not part of the original 2017 release. These cases are sought after by collectors and significantly increase the value and desirability of the guitar.
Condition
Overall clean condition. No structural issues, no cracks, no repairs. Light wear only. Frets are excellent, neck is straight, and the guitar plays great with low action. Electronics are original and fully functional. The flame top and burst are vivid and well‑preserved.
Tone & Feel
The Slash Alnico II Pro set delivers warm mids, smooth highs, and vintage‑hot output — the same voicing Slash uses. The ’50s Rounded C neck is comfortable and substantial without being overly thick.

Collector Notes
The 2017 run is the most desirable version of the Anaconda Burst. These were produced in smaller numbers and have better tops, better wiring, and the Snakepit logo — all features missing from the later Slash Collection. The addition of the Slash hard case makes this a premium collector package.
