Yes it has the chipboard case with the yellow lining (not the best condition)
Yes there is paint - it looks like latex /craft based paint. This person did not know what they had when they did this.
The bridge saddle is pulling.
Neck looked fine when I last looked.
I am not sure if I have the time to restore it, so it’s up for grabs at best offer
