1972 Fender Mustang Bass - Sunburst Finish - Rosewood Fingerboard
Here is a 1972 Fender Mustang Bass. Original Sunburst Finish, Pearloid Pickguard, October 1972 Stamped Neck Date, Pots Dated the 44th week of 1972, String Through Body Construction with comfortable Belly Cut, and Maple Neck with Rosewood Fingerboard. Good Vintage Condition displaying lots of nicks, dings, and play wear. A nice playing bass with a straight neck and frets that display minimal wear. Some minor changes with a newer handrest and body ferrules, a couple newer bridge screws, and new nut. Original pickup intact with 1972 ink date stamp that appears to have been worked on previously with a couple added ground wires and cloth leads. The original owner had lots of school pride and scratched his high school name in a few places on the body. Overall a well playing Vintage Mustang Bass with lots of cool Relic type wear in all the right places. Included is a newer hardshell case.
