Warm Audio WA273-EQ 2-Channel British Microphone Preamp / EQ Unit 1
Our users rate Reverb
What we have here is a Warm Audio WA273-EQ. It’s a 2-channel version of the Neve 1073 module. The Neve 1073 is probably one of the best-known channels in the recording industry. Its Musicality is second to none. Go ahead. Push the Gain. The transformers love it. In return, it gives you clarity and bite, without sounding harsh.
There’s a reason why this module has been covered by so many companies. It’s Great. Warm Audio has done a great job with this piece of Gear. The channel has solid, notched pots. The backside features make it a complete channel strip. Mic Input, Line Input, Insert Send, Insert Return, XLR and TRS Line Outputs.
And… as always… Common Sense dictates that: “Two Channels are always better than one.” Wise words.
