Eric Johnson Stories collection “Virginia” Stat built with his Genuine Fender USA Loaded body and mod shop USA Pro classic neck.
Please read all information: and view all pics. At the end of this I will add some notes for those who don’t know his history and the unique specs of this Guitar.
I have done several of his guitars as well as, Clapton, Hendrix, and many of my other favorite Guitars. I collect loads of parts and build for enjoyment then flip at a fraction of the cost.
This Guitar is an absolute STEAL for those of you who would love one but can’t afford to fork over $3000 for a new one.
This Guitar is basically brand new and I have to alter serial numbers and mark used as per Fender and Reverbs rules. The coolest part of this guitar is it came from different GENUINE, parted guitars And, I used some original early 2000’s guts from a trashed EJ. You can see in my pics. The body, bridge, neck, tuners, jack are all mint new and unused outside of me checking and building. Please note: you will barely be able to build this from parts at my price to you.
This is immaculate and I am including a boat load of case candy along with a COA from Fender and matching serial number neck plate (slight mark on it) , his limited edition Strap and old sshool telephone cable etc. FOR FREE, with this purchase.
Here’s my final notes: The special Dimarzio EJ bridge pick has various wiring styles. I chose EJ’s vintage style however, you can split coil the humbucker for various EJ wiring. Some(like me) prefer this. Others say, it makes the middle pick up hollow but bright. Look at my final pics. I supplied pics of this wiring and pics from the Stratosphere should you want to build for yourself. I use them and highly recommend them.
In closing: I’m going to leave it at that. For those of you who would like to buy mine, I can assist in helping check out and explain various wiring should you need. There is a reason they call EJ, the Tone Master.
