From my personal experience, the Casio Privia PX-5S is truly a wonder. You will not find a better weighted piano action in a keyboard this light -- only 24 lbs -- or at this price. It plays better, more piano-like, than keyboards at twice its weight and cost. For that reason alone, this is an exceptional MIDI controller for anyone who wants their keyboard to *feel* like a piano. The onboard sounds are very good, and the piano sounds are especially rich, expressive, and satisfying to play. I have two of them, and am letting this one go because I really only need one, and need to make room for other boards. The other one, I am keeping probably indefinitely. Casio really created something special here, and these boards are sought-after by gigging keyboard players who want to travel light without sacrificing playability.
