About this listing
I have a 2024 Strandberg Boden Metal NX6 Tremolo here with its soft shell case and pictured paperwork ID card.Conditionally, this guitar looks gorgeous. Pretty much immaculate. The body top, sides and edges, and the body back all look the same. I'm seeing a clean Black Granite satin finish with no dings, bumps, or chips. There is no buckle rash or worming, nor did I find any buildup of subtle, superficial, low intensity playwear. There is no collection of surface swirling or guitar pick strumming. Any minute, superficial traces of use will be absolutely minimal to nonexistent. Also note that I did not find any shiny spots or glossing to the satin finish. The neck looks as clean throughout i found faint traces of use around the headstock area consistent with changing strings. The setup plays fantastic. The strings are 10-46. These are coated, colored strings, which give it a little bit of flair. The electronics are stock and are working as they should. This guitar rates a 9.6/10 and grades as excellent. This is on the better side of what I see conditionally in a used guitar. It's exceptionally clean and has been carefully played and maintained. This guitar has some radical features to it. The back of the neck the contour. Has an ergonomic (and highly stable) shape that is more like a soft three part V then a rounded shape. It allows for a more gripped feel to the neck. The playing area feels very aligned with your fingers, and the back contour the part that is palmed feels nice, almost like you have a stronger grasp on the neck itself. As for the fanned frets, i barely notice the difference between them and straight frets. There is no learning curve or adjustment you have to make. They play naturally and seamlessly. I have played some other fanned fret guitars, and i could be mistaken but the Strandberg Boden seems to have a more moderate fanning, they are not quite as diagonal as i have seen on a Kiesel Vader. It's is a lightweight, innovative guitar with some unique Swedish design influences to it. It definitely is comparable tonally to any high end guitar that i have played. And it absolutely hangs with a highly spec'd out Kiesel Vader, of which i have had a few of. Both are exceptional designs. The Strandberg has it's own personality and feel of it's own that i feel sets it apart from a Steinberg or a headless Kiesel.Note that this listing may come down at anytime as I am a multi-platform seller and do sell locally and on my own Site as well in an effort to keep sales fluid. State sales tax will be charged on Reverb sales when applicable, so factor that in to your purchase.I will immaculately pack it as well. I use quality shipping boxes, ample tape on all sides. And sufficient bubble wrap filler and bracing inside the box. And always Marked/denoted as fragile. I generally detune guitars 1/2 half step prior to shipment as well if needed.Thank you for reading and considering!
