American Select Telecaster 2012 with absolutely beautiful flamed maple neck. The flame on the neck is so nice that I've avoided selling it, but I just don't play it and it sits in its case. It also has amazing action (the best of any guitar I've owned) and sounds great. These select guitars are just under the custom shop level and were only made for two years. Includes original tweed hard case. I had everything checked out and set up, had the frets recrowned, and new strings put on at a top local guitar store. The finish has no blemishes, but I did notice when I played it that there is a slight nitro blush on the bottom left heel of the guitar. It's not noticeable, but after a while of playing, the finish develops a slight discoloration, which faded as soon as I stopped playing. I read that this is normal for nitro finish guitars and is part of the appeal, that they age gracefully. This is a 2012 and it's in great condition for its age. I bought it from the original owner - a kind, local man who named it after his daughter and played it every day to remind himself of her when she wasn't home. If you buy it, I'll tell you the guitar's name : )
