E-II HORIZON FR QM - Reindeer Blue

The ESP HORIZON series is one of ESP's flagship models and enjoys tremendous popularity both in Japan and around the world.

The HORIZON series has undergone numerous changes in appearance and specifications over the years to keep pace with the ever-changing music scene, while continuing to establish itself as one of ESP's most iconic and highly regarded series.

The body features a stunning quilted maple top with highly pronounced figuring throughout, paired with a mahogany back.

The neck is constructed from 3-piece hard maple with an ebony fingerboard. The set-thru construction provides excellent sustain and a smooth, natural feel across the entire neck.

For the neck pickup, the guitar is equipped with a Seymour Duncan "SENTIENT." Featuring carefully balanced coils, the SENTIENT delivers a clear and natural tone even with deep levels of distortion and drop tunings, blending the character of a vintage PAF with a modern tonal response.

For the bridge position, the Seymour Duncan "PEGASUS" uses an Alnico 5 magnet and specially designed coils to provide ample output with a well-balanced tonal character. It delivers a powerful yet articulate sound, maintaining clarity and definition even with heavy distortion and low tunings.

Together, these pickups offer an excellent combination of vintage character, modern response, clarity, and versatility, making this HORIZON an ideal instrument for a wide range of playing styles.
