The Suhr Mateus Asato Classic T was made to blur the lines between feel and finesse. This example pairs a swamp ash body with an absolutely gorgeous 3A Roasted Birdseye Maple neck and fingerboard, loaded with figuring from end to end. Mateus Asato Classic T pickups deliver his signature clarity and punch, while Suhr’s SSCII system keeps things exceptionally quiet. Heavy stainless steel frets, a 9"-12" compound radius and Even C Medium neck complete an incredibly refined playing platform.
A refined twist on a familiar form, this Mateus Asato Classic T pairs Gloss Black with white top binding and gold hardware for an incredibly classy look, finished with a Wilkinson 3-saddle Classic T bridge and Suhr locking tuners. Elegant, understated and unmistakably Asato.
