The PRS Wind Through the Trees is an incredibly versatile dual analog flanger designed to create everything from classic sweeping flange and lush chorus-like textures to complex, swirling modulation that sounds unlike a traditional single flanger.

What makes the Wind Through the Trees special is its two independent analog flangers running in parallel. Each flanger has its own Manual, Depth and Rate controls, allowing you to set two completely different modulation sweeps and blend them together. The result can be subtle and spacious or huge, animated and almost three-dimensional.

A Global Regeneration control determines how much of the processed signal is fed back through the circuit, allowing you to move from smooth, musical modulation into much more intense and dramatic flanging. The Added Highs control lets you bring additional clarity and presence to the effect, while the Dry/Wet Mix makes it easy to dial in exactly how much modulation you want.

Because the two flangers can operate at different rates and depths, the pedal excels at creating constantly evolving movement. Dial in slow, overlapping sweeps for rich atmospheric textures, set the two sides against one another for complex psychedelic modulation, or back things down for more traditional vintage-inspired flange and chorus sounds.

The Wind Through the Trees is an excellent choice for players who love classic analog modulation but want considerably more control and depth than a conventional flanger provides. It can be warm and subtle, lush and spacious, or completely wild and psychedelic.

A beautifully built and extremely creative modulation pedal from PRS that can produce sounds you simply won’t get from most traditional flangers.
