This year the Amplifier is 61 years old
Well maintained and in the MOST excellent pristine condition
It is original except for maintenance, the grill cloth, a three-prong cord, castor wheels and Electro Voice Speakers
(Similar to Stevie Ray Vaughan's legendary Twin Reverb with the same Electro Voice Alnico Speakers)
Electro-Voice SRO/12 Alnico "Coffee Can" is a legendary 12-inch guitar speaker from the 1960s-1970s and famous for its massive cylindrical Alnico magnet housing that looks like a coffee can
Perfect balance, robust tight bottom, creamy rich mids and a smooth top that is never harsh
It is widely considered one of the greatest guitar speakers ever made
It delivers the sparkling highs, rich mids, and massive clean headroom it is known for
Built with the AB763 circuit
Twin Reverb Amps using the AB763 were made during the Blackface era
The Blackface era with the AB763 circuit consists of 1965-1966-1967
The tube sheet gives the date code of manufacture: September 1965
All codes indicate being assembled in 1965 with the exception of one Transformer
The Transformer was replaced with a 1967 Transformer at some time in the past
Includes a Fender Amp Cover
