The Ernie Ball Music Man Silhouette Special HSS Piezo in Sunburst is a highly versatile USA-made electric guitar combining an HSS DiMarzio pickup layout with a factory piezo system.

It features an alder body, select maple neck, 25.5" scale length, 22 frets, Music Man Silent Circuit and Schaller locking tuners, making it a strong option for players who need a wide range of electric and acoustic-inspired tones from one instrument.

This pre-owned example is presented in Very Good Condition, weighs just 7.04 lbs and is supplied without a case or gigbag.

HSS DiMarzio Pickups

The Silhouette Special uses a versatile HSS configuration with:

• DiMarzio bridge humbucker

• Custom-wound DiMarzio middle single coil

• Custom-wound DiMarzio neck single coil

• 5-way pickup selector

This covers everything from clear single-coil cleans to fuller bridge humbucker tones for rock and driven playing.

Factory Piezo System

The factory piezo system adds acoustic-inspired tones alongside the magnetic pickups.

It can be used for:

• Acoustic-style clean sounds

• Added attack and clarity

• Layered magnetic/piezo tones

• Live acoustic parts

• Studio textures

The piezo level can be controlled independently, allowing it to be used alone or blended with the magnetic pickups.

Music Man Silent Circuit

Music Man’s Silent Circuit helps reduce single-coil hum while preserving the response and character of the pickups.

This makes the guitar especially useful for clean playing, studio work and professional live use.
