Really nice sounding 1995 Custom HD-28. This was a really great period for these!! This one has a great feeling medium neck with a bit of a V to it!!! Not sure if that is standard on these but it really makes it feel like an old one!!! This one has seen some use, some dings and scratches, and an old strap pin hole on the neck that has been filled. Very snappy, classic D28 bluegrass sound, big, and loud!!!! We just had a lot of work done on it by Matt Hayden from M. Hayden Guitar Co to get it in perfect playing shape. It just had a bridge reset, fret level, crown and polish, new handmade compensated bone saddle and set up!!!! The case is a little beat up with some tape around the edges, but it is original to this guitar!!
A perfect player HD-28 which is ready to be played for years to come!!!!
